Two studio apartments are available for viewing on Monday 8th June on the Low Income Workers Scheme (LIWS), these are located on the 3rd and 4th floor of Seymour Buildings, access is by stairway as there is no lift.


Applicants must have a current household income of below £20,000 a year in order to be eligible for the Low Income Workers Scheme (LIWS).

You must be currently living in Westminster and for a minimum of three years continuously

You must be able to provide proof of employment and income for 12 months continuously and be in employment at the point of offer of the accommodation


Priority for properties will be given in the following order:

1. Adult members of Westminster Council tenants who are currently registered for a move as they are overcrowded on Westminster Council's housing register*

2. Work location is in Westminster

3. Length of time currently living in Westminster continuously (applicants that have lived in Westminster the longest have priority).

*If you are successful in being re-housed through this scheme, your parents’ transfer application will be affected if they are no longer deemed to be overcrowded.
