How to apply
Complete and submit a Homeownership Westminster registration form and we will contact you within 5 working days to let you know what you are eligible for.
**IMPORTANT - please email over all requested paperwork (as listed on page 1 of the registration form) when emailing your completed registration form to us**
- You must be a first time buyer or you have already sold any property you owned in the UK or abroad.
- Your household income (single or joint) is below £90,000 per year.
- You must have either 1 year of current residence or employment within Westminster.
- You should be currently in paid employment (either PAYE or self employed) and therefore able to cover mortgage or rent costs.
Download an editable PDF version of the registration form – save it to a desktop PC*, complete it and email the form to email@example.com
*Please do not complete the form on a tablet device.
Forms should be completed on a desktop computer, with the completed form saved and emailed over to us (no scanned versions please).

Option 2 – for those without access to a computer
Call 0800 783 4849 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a hard copy of the registration form to be sent to you. You can also contact us by using this telephone number or email address should you have any general queries.
Please note that should you find a housing solution with us you will be de-registered with Homeownership Westminster. Should you wish to apply for a scheme in the future, you will need to re-register with the service.
