New Build Intermediate Rent (IMR) Developments – Coming soon to Westminster
**Anyone expressing an interest must be registered with Homeownership Westminster (HOW), they will then be issued a priority banding by HOW**
Over the next few months Homeownership Westminster will have three new build developments consisting of 52 intermediate rental (IMR) apartments located at Farm Street W1 and at Edgware Road W2. We expect a high demand for these developments and urge applicants to express their interest now.
These apartments will consist of studio, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments, the image shown above is of the exterior of one of these developments.
Weekly rents will range from £162 to £326 depending upon dwelling size and the individual schemes.

- Your current annual household income
- Whether you have lived, worked or both in Westminster for the last 12 months – please confirm which is the case*
- Your household size (number of adults and number of children)
- The mobile number you registered for HOW with
*Some of the homes available will be prioritised for local residents.
Please note for any 2 bed apartments priority will be to families with dependent children, then to adult sharers, then to couples and then to single applicants.
Applicants currently residing in IMR accommodation are only eligible to apply if they are either confirmed as being overcrowded by their current landlord or they are in the last 6 months of their IMR tenancy with no option extend it, through no fault of their own.
