How to apply

Complete and submit a Homeownership Westminster registration form and we will contact you within 5 working days to let you know what you are eligible for.

Please note:

  • You must be a first time buyer or you have already sold any property you owned in the UK or abroad.
  • Your household income (single or joint) is below £90,000 per year.
  • You must have either 1 year of current residence or employment within Westminster.
  • You should be currently in paid employment (either PAYE or self employed) and therefore able to cover mortgage or rent costs.

Download an editable PDF version of the registration form – save it to a desktop PC*, complete it and email the form to info@homeownershipwestminster.co.uk

*Please do not complete the form on a tablet device.

Call 0800 783 4849 or email info@homeownershipwestminster.co.uk and request a hard copy of the registration form to be sent to you

Important:

Please note that should you find a housing solution with us you will be de-registered with Homeownership Westminster. Should you wish to apply for a scheme in the future, you will need to re-register with the service.
