FIRST STEPS Information Session – 23rd February 2012

FIRST STEPS are holding information sessions in east and west London in January and in north London in February. These sessions are for council and housing association tenants and for eligible armed forces personnel who would like to know more about FIRST STEPS and who are thinking about buying an affordable home in the capital.
Each session will consist of a presentation on everything you need to know about buying a home through FIRST STEPS. They will explain each of the options and give you tips and hints on the best ways to find the most suitable home for you.
The presentations will be given by a member of the FIRST STEPS team and an Independent Financial Adviser who will give you advice on the financial side to buying a home and raising a mortgage.
After the presentation there will be ample opportunity to ask them questions over a cup of tea and to pick up leaflets and information on what new homes are available.
