Homeownership Westminster at the Westbourne Community Festival

Homeownership Westminster will be attending the Westbourne Community Festival on Sunday 28th July, 2009 to raise greater awareness of the service offered.

The event which will offer individuals the opportunity to meet with a variety of community and information service providers for the Westminster area offers a fun day out with a number of other activities planned, including:

Music and dance performances

  • Face painting
  • The famous tug of war competition
  • Martial arts Demonstration
  • Teddy bears picnic- bring along your teddy and you could win a prize for the best bear!
  • Food stalls; burger van, ice cream van, candy floss, popcorn and kebab stall
  • Family learning service to be delivered by Westminster Adult education service to do family interactive sessions
  • Last but not least ‘come and get your bike marked for FREE’

A new feature taking place this year will be a cricket match and a golf activity.
